Maya is a filmmaker, journalist, and content creator from Stockton, California. She recently graduated from Yale University, where she majored in Art.
In 2023, her film “Pareidolia” won the “Best Documentary” award at the Yale Student Film Festival.

Dalin Nelson
Executive Producer, 1st Assistant Director
Dalin Nelson is a filmmaker with a BFA in Cinema Arts from Columbia College Chicago. His content has helped raise over $250,000 for a variety of events and non-profits.
His short film "Being Alive" played at film festivals across the country, and screened at the historical TCL Chinese Theater in Los Angeles, CA.
Tessa DeHart
Director of Animation
Tessa is an animator and artist living in Chicago, where she studied animation at Columbia College Chicago.
She is a freelance animator and has worked with companies to create content for Country Bob’s, Arch Grants, and NASCAR.
Maria Raad
Director of Photography
Maria Raad is a cinematographer from Beirut, Lebanon. She received a BFA in Film from Syracuse University and started a commercial video production company in Austin, TX in 2021.
She currently lives in New York City working as a freelance DP and AC.
Hugo Francisco Martinez
Production Designer
Hugo F. Martínez is a 1st generation Mexican-American, Production Designer with over 10 years experience in the industry.
His educational background includes the Los Angeles Film School, as well as the California Institute of the Arts' Technical Theatre and Actor's Studio program.
Emily Jacobson
Editor
Emily Jacobson is an editor based in Chicago, IL. She majored in film at Columbia College Chicago and now works as a freelance editor in the city.
She also dabbles in film criticism for sites like Bloody Disgusting and Cinema Femme.
Cameron Andrews
Original Music
Cameron Adams is a multi-instrumentalist and composer. He graduated from Yale in 2024, & was awarded the Abraham Beekman Cox Prize and the Bach Society Prize.
Cameron is currently studying screen scoring at USC Thornton School of Music.
PJ Schulsky
Production Sound Mixer
PJ Shulsky is a Production Sound Mixer and Sound Editor in the Bay Area. He has a degree from the Baltic Film and Media School at Tallinn University. He has contributed to content produced for Food Network Digital, TLC, Peacock, and National Geographic.

Michaela Jill Murphy
The Narrator
Michaela Jill Murphy is a Los Angeles-based actor, singer, and writer, known for voicing Toph Beifong in Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender. She holds a Film and Theater dual-degree with concentrations in writing from Yale University (Morse 2017).
Other popular credits include “Chaca” in Kronk’s New Groove and "Young Franny” in Meet the Robinsons.
Anja Kao Nielsen

Anja Kao Nielsen is a student at Marin School of the Arts (MSA), where she focuses on theater performance. Prior credits include Cupid in Follies (MSA), Matilda in Matilda the Musical (Spreckles Performing Arts Center), and Junie in Junie B. Jones (6th Street Playhouse).
She is excited to be making her film acting debut in 2008.
Antonia Kao

Antonia Kao is an interdisciplinary artist who has created documentary and fiction films, photography, and mixed media works. After earning an MFA at the USC Graduate School of Cinema-TV, she worked in film, then homeschooled her daughter through age 13.
2008 is her second film as an actor.
Mira Stern

Mira Stern is a lifelong actor born and raised in San Francisco. At NYU, she studied theater and social activism. Mira is currently a high school educator, she is excited to bring social justice stories to the screen.
Mira lives in Oakland with her wife, their toddler, and 24 fruit trees.
