I'm Dalin Nelson, a Los Angeles-based filmmaker specializing in Unit Production Management, Assistant Directing, and Directing for commercial, branded, and independent film work. I’m the person you call when the schedule’s tight, the vision’s ambitious, and the margin for error is razor-thin.

From branded content for TV commercials to festival-winning narrative work like 2008, I’ve managed multi-location shoots, with animals, airplanes, SAG talent and stunt vehicles; bringing a deep understanding of logistics and story to every production.

My background includes a BFA in Directing from Columbia College Chicago, where I was one of six students accepted into the competitive directing track. I am actively working toward DGA qualification, and I’m excited to continue working on projects that lead in the right direction.
