About Me
Welcome to my page! My name is Dalin Nelson, and I am an independent filmmaker. I recently graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Cinema Art and Sciences, with a concentration in Directing.
Since finishing college, I have been focused on writing new screenplays and capturing dynamic photographs from around the world.
I recently moved to Los Angeles, and am currently the Marketing Manager for Stop Poaching Now!, a non-profit focused on ending the poaching crisis in Africa.
I was born in Stockton, California, and I grew up there with my two moms and triplet sisters. For the first 9 years of my education, I attended a school with a dual-immersion program where I learned how to read, write, and speak in Spanish.
On the rare occasion when I have free time, you will find me creating music, or relaxing by a body of water. I absolutely love Scuba Diving, and my dream is to one day dive with a whale.
